With the oil seal and felt washer replaced, I've heard folks who've been able to return to using the original 90 weight oil and it doesn't leak out. More common are steering assemblies that have some sort of leak or another - my H included. Per a post on this forum, I've been using John Deere Corn Head lube. It's a type of grease about the consistency of mayonaise - tends to flow into the gears in use (unlike some greases that the gears just dig holes in) yet it doesn't leak out. Since you've rebuilt your steering box, I'd try the oil and then, if it still has any leaks, the corn head lube.
