Today it has been 30 days since we have gotten any rain in NE Nebraska. It"s been over 90 deg. about every day since the Fourth, and is supposed to hit 100 this weekend. Not too sure how much it is affecting the corn and soybeans, looks decent so far. We had pretty good rains this spring, so there was good subsoil moisture, I suppose. But I am concerned if this keeps going on much longer. I don"t irrigate and there isn"t much irrigation in my neighborhood. I heard its been real dry in Indiana and Illinois also? How is the moisture situation elsewhere in farm country? Is it doing anything for grain prices?
