After it warms up it seems fine. I would think that if it had a continually problem with air, it would whine all the time. I am not too familiar with the hydraulics on this thing. It almost acts as if there is a pickup tube of some sort that is cracked and allowing it suck air until it warms and seals, but not sure if that is how it works. Maybe a pressure relief valve stuck? thanks for the input though. I was thinking of purchasing this tractor from a friend of mine, but unsure if I want to tackle this problem or not. The clutch is pretty worn as well, (no more adjustments on the rod) jrw
