IH 350D

I may have an opportunity to buy an IH 350D. Where can I find some specifications or information on this model?
How much would be a reasonable price for one that seems to be getting coolant in the oil? I know it could be as easy as a head gasket to a real expensive engine rebuild. Is there anything else I should look for?
I currently own a 240U that does not have a loader that the 350D does have.
