I have heard rebuilt kits are very high, the roosa-master pump will leak at sometime or another, kit cost #31, $375-400 to have someone rebuild it. We are pleased none the less with ours, never sold them in Mississippi or surrounding areas so we were curious to get one.

Smokes quite a bit, under load it smokes like an 806.

As for price, I would be careful if it has water in the oil, wishful thinking and very good luck if it is only the gasket. Saw on in photo ads a few weeks back for $3000, good shape and running good.
