They are asking $2300. I don't know if it has power steering. The radiator was drained,But I did look at the engine oil dipstick-no sign of water. He says it runs good, but hasen't in 3 or 4 years. Both rear tires hold air though they are badly cracked. Sheet metal is excellent allaround. Thanks, Mike
