Sometimes when I shut my 300U down, right after the engine stops rotating,I can hear where the starter drive is snapping back.Like it was dragging the entire time the engine was running,or like it somehow engaged after the flywheel stopped. Is this normal? My old drive did it,and my new/rebuilt one does it.The new drive hasnt skipped a beat yet though, and has engaged every time I have turned the key. It might not be the drive, but it sure seems as its coming from that area (between trans and engine). It only makes the click when the flywheel is nearly stopped.
