Took the 560 Low-crop to the field today to do some disking. Right away I see it was realy short on ponies. Once it lugged down it would go to popping and just die. I changed the timing and helped it a little but it seemed it was starving for fuel. I don't know nothin' about propane so I called Dale and he came right out, tinkered with the load screw, reset the timing. But we couldn't cure it. So after lunch his dad brought out a set of Autolite plugs and WOW, what a diffence, it didn't even sound the same! Throw out those Champions boys! I could't belive plugs were going to help because it started good and never missed. Just lugged down and went to popping, backfiring out the breather. Never too old to learn a new wrinkle.
