Guess who SplitFire has make their plugs for them? Autolite! They just weld on a forked ground electrode! One thing about Autolite,a car magazine years back did a study and the Autolites had the hardest metal composition (long life) while Champions were the softest.This is why they are nickel plated....if they werent they would rust away at a scary rate.
