Farmall Super A Carburetor help

I have been restoring a 1952 Super A for over 2 years now and just got it running. It started and ran very well with a carb repair kit for a short time, now it leaks soooo much fuel through the hole in the bottom of the air intake side that I think it is in a constant state of flooding and now it won't start at all. Why would it drip so fast from this orifice? I have adjusted the float and needle valve and even reinstalled the old one (seat and valve) to no avail. Can any of you guys help me?
