need advice on 706

Found a 706 Farmall gasser for sale (Central Wisconsin). Any particulars to look at? Bonus features? Horsepower? Seller doesn't know the year or hours which worries me that he hasn't had it long enough to find out and is trying to get rid of a headache. Asking $2000.
