Narrow rear F-20 width

Guys - - have an opportunity to buy a narrow rear F-20 with 28" tires. Owner says the overall width is 89". Hoping for a narrower tread to make it easier to trailer. Owner has some cut off 36" rims that could be purchased. Will these wheels & tires hug closer to the tractor and get the width down below 78"? Had a wide rear F-20 with 38" tires, and the overall width was 86".

Thoughts ?
