W-4, H oil pressure drops when warmed up?

I have a fresh rebuild on my engine and am running 20 weight oil with a new Napa oil filter. When I start it, it is maxed out at 60psi. But once warm will drop to about 30psi at mid throtle and about 10psi at lowest idle. Does this sound right to you? I have a IH oil guage but it is different then the original so it is hard to compare with the manual.
