What did I rebuild,

Sleves, pistons, rings, valves, guides, re-ground crank, Cam shaft bearings were not replaced, I talked to an old IH guy and he told me the cam bearing would be ok? I could not detect play in them. The original oil pressure guage had no numbers, so it is hard to tell what the pressure should be. The one I have is not original, perhaps I should try to get the original and see what it says?
