H clutch issue

here is the dilemma, the clutch is not disengaging with pedal, have to start in gear and hit brakes 4-5 times to get clutch to work. once broke loose, works fine until it sits a little while, then must do same thing. tractor has not been moved for about 2wks and have had some rain. adjustment is good, clutch is good, just started this. can overgreasing pilot bearing cause this? seems like the pressure plate is hanging up. any ideas are appreciated
