My dad and I purchased a 1977 1086 last year, it seems that when we attach our hay mower or our bush hog that everything wants to drift or sway to much. In the manual that we have for it, it says that if you are using Cat. 2 equipment instead of Cat 3 that you need to turn the eyebolts on the lift arms rear facing from front facing. We have done this and still have to much drift. I have noticed that on the sway limiters that connect on the lift arms that there is some adjustment in these, do I need to screw these in since we will probably never use any Cat. 3 equipment? This tractor also has the old type of limiters not the newer cam type limiters. Thanks,
