Kevin: All these hitches and the stabilizers were great when new, problem is they don't stay new very long. I know some people who took the entire 3 point hitch linkage off during times when not using it. Placing the hitch in a raised position, and tieing lower links together with bungie cord helps, but on those big tractors, in two weeks the bungie is gone. I guess that is why the only 3 point equipment I ever owned was plow and sprayer. Even with my sprayer, all that was muonted on hitch was tank. My boom was mounted on front of tractor.
