Something a little more involved

I know this board is mostly concerned with tinkering around with old Farmalls, not heavy-duty mechanic work, but I'm hoping someone out there might have some advice for me.

My Dad has an old Farmall 756 gas that we recently had retrofitted with a D-360 engine from a retired prison bus. In the bus, the engine had a turbocharger and an aftercooler. The mechanic that did the retrofit didn't turn down the injector pump, so the engine is getting WAY too much fuel without the turbo. Just cranking it over creates clouds of diesel smoke. When running, it just fills the barn with dense diesel smoke. Good thing the doors are open.

What I need to know is how to adjust the injector pump, and/or any of the pitfalls involved. This is a Bosch inline pump, the kind the tractor pullers absolutely love, not your typical Bosch manifold pump.
