Need help with rough running M

I just purchased a M and cannot not get it to run smooth. It appears to miss in the # 2 cylinder. I have put new points, condenser and spark plugs in the tractor. # 2 spark plug does not get hot! I switch plugs between # 2 and 3 cylinders. Still number two does not fire. Switched spark plug wires, still # 2 does not fire. I have spark. I did a compression check and the PSI was 90 in # 2 . I also check # 3 and it was also 90. I don't know what the Compression should be for this engine? I think the M is about a 1941 model. The distributor cap looks to be new. Do you have any idea on what my problem is? I would appreciate your time to comment! Dave
