Antifreeze points to cracked block or head. Just water points to water through the exhaust or simple condensation...

The older IH have a serious problem with the threaded exhaust pipe coming loose and water running down it straight into the manifold - I've seen it several times. And a rain cap is no defense against rain, all my tractors spew water out the exhaust after a good rain...
