I also have a 656D wide front and it's a great all around tractor. Big enough to pull a 4 btm, 12' disk and a haybine, but small enough to tug the baler and rake around in tight spots. I had a 450 gas that worked good, but the 656 is much more modern and nicer to run. Also won't drain your savings to fix it like a bigger machine. I bought mine for $5200 just this spring. I'm in central pa where these size tractors are still in high demand. Sty away from the Hydro's unless you want big $$$ in repairs when the tranny takes a dump.
