F14: Thanks for the reply. By standard tread I presume you mean the fatter tires and row crop the skinny ones that would have less footprint. I am not familiar with gas start. Does that mean it starts on gasoline or gas vapor (LP?)& then switches over?? Do these tractors have 3 point hitches like most I'm familiar with. A photo of an O-4 in the photo adds shows the seat position looking like its actually behind the rear axle centerline where the 3 pt hitch mechanics usually are. Could it be only a "puller" type tractor?? What are the recognized reference books on IH tractors you use??
