C runs Poorly

I am having diffficulty getting thr C to run smoothly. A few years ago we got it running again after 15 years of sitting. We replaced mag, carb, wires starter and generator. Anyway it locked up in two gears and sat most of this winter without running, it ran well before it quit. Now the engine starts and runs, but it sounds like a slight miss. I have checked the carb all over and all passages are clean, it was brand new 4 years ago. Gas is clean. When you advance the throttle or put a load on the engine it stumbles and hesitates severely and sometimes quits. I am in need of some suggestions please.
