(1) Check opening at the bottom of your gas tank - I had to remove my tank completely to remove a flat sliver of hard plastic that became trapped over the opening when calling for gas. (2) Zenith Carb - Make sure the float has not got a small leak in it - making it starve for gas (3) Make sure all passages in the Zenith is open. Some openings in the carb can become clogged and you can't tell it. This is a MUST. All passages serve a purpose
