super C questions

Snow is almost gone, so thinking about tractors again. My super C has truck tires on front. What are the correct size tripple rib tires for this tractor with wide front end? I have a lever that has a quadrant like a throttle lever, but on the left side, just about where your clutch foot goes. It is not hooked to anything. What is that supposed to be for? This machine does not have a hydralic temp guage up on the touch controls, but the clip for the capilary tube is still there. Where does that guage attach at the hydralics? I think someone makes the guage new, or maybe I can get a used one. Something is goofy with the steering. It steers more to one side than the other. Do you suppose someone had the gearbox apart and got the gears out of time? The steering pitman arm has been repaired, and not too pretty. Where can I find a replacement? Can I get the rubber snubbers for the front axel, or do I have to make them? Thanks for any help offered.
