Are you sure you got the main bearing caps on the right direction? The rod caps could be on wrong too. These are lined bored and if they are on wrong the could be off several thousands. Check this I have seen this be for. You said you bored it. Did you get enough piston clearance? What type of pistons are used with the 450 head? My 2 cents worth.
