Bad Super M

Bought a Super M in real rough shape. Engine and clutch stuck, so I relocated them to engine stand. Removed platform and PTO, and very thoroughly cleaned transmission and differential. Installed new seals and gaskets at all points, then new fluid. Went to move chassis, and found that when in gears 1-5, will not roll backward, rear wheels lock up. When in reverse, will not roll foreward, rear wheels lock up. Seemed to work when in garage and had one wheel and then the other jacked up. Can anyone give me any help on what to look for now? Thanks.
