I am not sure about the exact bleeding procedure on these, but this should work:

Run it on gas, and while you are doing so, crack the bleeders at the filters (if there are any) and then crack the lines at the injectors. After that, she should go. If you just installed the injectors, and didn't bleed them, then that is your problem.
