1600 - $100 in fuel $100 in repairs and $200 for your time is only $1200 but thats still a tractor.. I presume you've already looked into distribution and/or storage solutions? Have that stuff lined up well in advance. Having prospective buyers get a look at your good grass while its still grass is also a good idea. I've known people who got premium because the buyers knew in advance of the high quality of the grass.
