Just did the brakes in my 41 A and as was said the final drives are heavy. I paid $28 for the set of brakes at the local IH dealer. But you will also need two sets of seals because they will be shot when you remove the shafts. You will also have to match a male splined shaft to a female splined shaft and thats the tricky part of the whole thing. The pin that holds the bands to the final drive is two sided..... meaning the pin goes through the band support and into the final drive casting but also goes into the rear end casting. I did it) Took my brother and I two hours to change them and had two sore backs after we were done. Good Luck Keith
