1026 Hydrostatic tranny

Is the hydrostatic transmission in my 1026 not designed for heavy tillage work? Whenever i make it pull lots and especially in warmer weather, the engine has a tendency to overheat and im guessin its because of the oil cooler in front of the radiator that doesnt allow the radiator to cool properly. The hydralic oil does seem to get quite hot. Otherwise the engine don't overheat and is just fine if you make it work hard on any PTO applications. What do you think? I would appreciate any input that you might have.
