Steven - My experience has been WF front wheels will tend to "flop" at speed with a steering loose pivot shaft, same as a NF. While you've got the tractor disassembled, check to see if there is ANY lateral play in the pivot shaft - especially at the upper end. Remove the steering pot cover and see if you can move the sector gear horizontally. If you find any play at all, now is the time to replace the pivot shaft bushings. The bushings are relatively inexpensive (Bermuda Ken's price was under $40 for the 2 bushings + the seal if I recall), and not terribly difficult to install. ...Bob M PS - Nice photo!
