Farmall Super A transmission noise

I have a 1949 Farmall super A and it has a growling noise coming from what seems to be the pinion gears or crown wheel and gear. I have replaced all the bearing in transmission and final drives. no teeth are missing from any gears. What I can I do to fix this problem? What are the specs to set the crown wheel and gear?
