SM exhaust manifold

Hello every body, I hope spring is treating everyone well. I'm begining the processes of Restoring my 1952 Super M and I need some advice on the exhaust Manifold. The manifold's pipe broke off and was obvosly welded before but with a very poor weld that didn't fix the problem. I can do some welding and brazing and was wondring if it is worth it to take the manifold off and re-weld the pipe on . Should I takle the problem my self or buy a new manifold? Thanks for any help
