Need a Tractor

I need a tractor to run my pto driven 5' roto tiller and to also do cultivating, I sure like the idea of Farmall's offset engine and one row belly mount cultivator but would like to have hyd to lift cult and need 3pt and enough power to run tiller. Any suggestions on what tractor to look for.
I currently used JD3020 which is pretty big for garden and use 2 row 3pt attached 2 row cult which with 3020's narrow front can cause some crop damage because rows are planted manually.
Appreciate any help given
