I would suggest a IH 274 offset. I would reccomend a diesel. It is offset w/1 row cults, has 3 pt hitch, and probably enough horsepower to run you tiller if all you are doing is your garden and you take it easy. Just my suggestion though, I know a couple of fellas that have 'em, and they say they are more modern, more versatile version of a 140/super A.
