Haas,or anyone I have been to a few farm auctions, and I always wondered what happened if you went to pick up an item you bought and it was gone BEFORE you paid for it,(stolen or a mistake) are you legally responsable to pay for something you didn't get?and #2 if you bought something and didn't pay for it and left without it (not the honest thing to do) could you be legally responsible to pay for it? never had it happen just always wondered.
