international industrial 9 diesel

i am looking at an international industrial 9 diesel. it has a trojan bulldozer with hyds. are these tractors the same as the W9 the ser# is IDCB22213-y14. are these tractors common. the diesel engine seems to run real well except that there was smoke whittish in apperance when it was switched from gas to diesel, but that cleared up after a couple of minutes . the tractor appears sound. it also has a pintle hitch on the draw bar.the tractor needs one rear tire. What would be a fair price for this. the sheetmetal was faded and rusty but no rot. thanks Ed
