Well, we have a similar problem. I have just purchased a Model 103 Galion road grader with an engine Model UD14A. Ser UDF 25293G51. It looks like a WD-9 engine, and obviously starts and runs the same way (I don't have it home, or have I even tried to start it yet)

I just returned from the antique tractor show in Bird City, KS where I found out very little, but on the way home stopped at a friends and borrowed a WD-9 operators manual, which at least gives me some idea of how to start the engine, assuming that it even turns over at this point.

Any information you come up with and can share will be greatly appreciated.
