I had very good service from them. I paid my $9.95 or whatever, and then a couple days before they were going to run the charge thru, I had to cancel my credit card, due to someone stealing the number. When Photopoint ran the charge thru, they didn't get paid, so they sent an e-mail asking me to verify the number and they would run it again, at the $9.95 price, even though the price had gone up to around $20. Try e-mailing their customer service and letting them know what is going on, perhaps by replying to their confirmation e-mail, so they have that in front of them. Good luck.
