Is Photopoint jerking anyone else around? I'm mad

When photopoint said they where going to start charging I thought that's fine. So I signed up to store 500 photos without all the bells and whistles. They billed my credit card and sent me a confirmation about my account. I printed and still have it in front of me. And now I keep gettin warnings I'm going to loose my photos if I don't upgrade my account to store more than 10 photos and they want $19 from me to upgrade me to the level I have already paid for. They have not responded to my e-mails and I'm getting mad. Am I the only one.
