Might have found the problem. I just measured the lift links. The adjustable crank one fully closed is 19-1/4". While the other is 21-1/2" fully closed. So to get the lower arms up to hook up they both need to be 21-1/2". Would 2-1/4" really make a difference? Only one problem with that is. The old set that was seized up meaures 19-1/2" and it still did the same thing. they Hopefully they should be the right ones. I ordered them from yesterday's tractor.
