International U6

I recently bought a circular saw mill and it came with a motor to drive it. I could tell the motor was an International and I just asumed it was an old tractor motor. I found a tag plate riveted to the bellhousing with the model and serial number on it. The model number was U6. I don't know alot about International tractor, but so far I have not been able to find anything about a U6 tractor. I was wondering if this is not a tractor motor, but a motor made just for driving a belt. If anybody knows anything about this or where I might find out some more info. I would greatly appreciate it.
