Hey Roger, I checked the intercooler as soon as I started it up, I also only checked it on 1 bank, I assumed it would be the same since the intercooler connects the heads together.I didn't let it run long, I thought it might hurt it?It don't make any clunkin noises it sounds like it always did.(like a heard of elephants)I did check the pucks on 1 bank, (2towers) the diapharms are gettin a little thin, but no holes yet.I changed the unloader and got a NEW one, and I got a set of diaphrams for the unloaders, but I haven't put them on yet.I was in a hurry both times I worked on it, so I haven't taken the valves apart yet?All I did last night was change the hyd. unloader assembly.I let it run a couple of minutes, and I did have air commin out of the D side of the unloader. The other unloader was very bad cloged with crud. The breather is on top of about a 6"tube right above the hyd.unloader.I didnt check the air lines yet.The compressor has set along time out of use, before I got it, and even after I got it it still sat along time.I covered it up.When I got it it was sittin out in a field. When we first tried to start it up it had a few mudd dobers nest in the unloader towers!! So I cleaned them out, and cleaned the pucks and stuff up a little.I've never broken the valves apart, and cleaned them properly. The guy who ownes it don't have a parts washer, or a bench grinder with a wire wheel(yet) I'm gona number all the valves and stuff and take them apart and clean them at my shop.(I just live a half mile away from him)The compressor has good oil pressure too. Thanks for all your help.GOD bless
