I bought a restored /repainted 1950 MM G tractor with cast iron engine, oil plug in underbelly. It has the square head drain plug. Have tried and tried to get the drain plug unscrewed so I can drain and change the oil. The repainting has apparently stuck that drain plug fast. I am trying NOT to strip or round-off the corners, but need some ideas. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

hard to believe the plug would be stuck due to paint. longer wrench with pipe might work. heat is good sometimes.pipewrench usually works, can always replace the plug.

JKC;

Try the technique described in the thread below. Although it's for a Ford it will probably work on your Massey.
