I have a 39 hand crank model H. Seems like it it doesnt suck gas into the engine. I have rebuilt the carb. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Clooney said it all. One thing, let the bowl fill with gas before cranking. A few minutes will do. Sometimes I get anxious and start cranking to soon. If I wait mine usually starts the first turn.

Someone is going to disagree but i am going to tell you this anyway. I cleaned the carb on my 39b. It would start after about 7-10 pulls on full choke. Ran perfect just wasnt getting enough fuel when cranking. I had cleaned everything was getting good fuel to carb. I took my dads advice. I knew since it ran so good and eventually started that it could not be much. So i went to autozone and bought a can of carb cleaner that you put in your tank. Ran it and after about two days. I go out put 3/4 choke and it start on the first pull EVERYTIME. Unless im showing someone. I run this tractor almost daily. And that worked for me. Thanks
