Hi , I've never seen a Case but from the pictures it looks a lot like my Oliver 415 piece . I made mine because it was just a flat piece of steel . If it is cast Good luck . Try matching it with the Oliver piece part # Z-5166 [ Wear plate ( knife head front ) ] . If it's the cap itself the oliver part # is 506 366 E . If you try and make it and it has a slight bend in the front you can either grind a radius into it or bend it before you cut it off to the right length .

If a regular sickle section rivet is loose in the hole then it's probably a #6 rivet X 3/4" . Unfortunatly they are unobtainable anymore . Counter sink a hole of your choosing and use a tapered machine screw or tap the holes in the plate and screw it in from the bottom and grind the tops off . If the front knife head cap uses the same holes then you are going to have to use your imagination . A good welding shop can do about anything you want done . Good luck ....Randy
