Got a fun chipper story for ya

Whe I was young the rich fellow up the road drug home a huge trailed chipper. It was a pintle hitch model with a 60 hp diesel.

All went well popping 8" trees into this sucker (would never do that know with good firewood!)

Well, this fellow is a heavy equipment dealer manager of some sort, the paper pusher sort. The next fall he decided to use it again.

It was cold so it didn't start up right away, but he had a good idea. He always started his snowblower by pouring gas down the carb, which is under the aircleaner.

So he poured a big slug of gas down this beasts throat and cranked her up!

Well, the block split in half lengthwise far enough to see a piston!

Well, that was about hmm, 12 years ago and it stills sits parked in the bushes.
