Ah, that sounds about right. This blower has two sets of pins on it, and the ones on the outside are alligned a little differently than the inboard ones. The PTO shaft where it joins the gearbox looks as though it used to have a sliding key, but it's no longer there; instead there is a 3" 5/16" bolt which looks as though it might be a shear pin. I had to re-drill its hole about 1 1/8" further in to get enough space to mount the PTO shaft and avoid the risk of binding at some heights. Maybe if I had put the shaft on before the rest, I wouldn't have needed to do that, but as I said, I'm new at this. Anyway, once hooked up the blower spins just fine. It seems very well balanced mechanically, though it droops 1 1/2" to the right because I have one new tire and one older one. When I tried tentatively to compensate by turning the thingie on the MF35's hitch arm, it didn't want to move. Any special tricks to adjusting the right arm on an FE35?
