The dealer sent out their mechanic today. He's always very nice and knows his job well. He took the pump for rebuilding and will bring it back tomorrow or Saturday. After talking the you all, I had become convinced that the braking system was jamming in some way. He looked several times at it and finally found where there was a place where the steel was indented. In that whole unit where the thing slides back to put each new tier of bales on, there are a couple of trigular pieces of metal on top of the third table. These slide down as each tier of bales comes on. One of these is bent and stick into the other metal. That stops the unit from going back. It is not a new problem as you can see where it has happened at least to some degree in the past. So, the real problem was that the 1033 had a bent point (very small bend) that caught in the metal and stop its operation. I really appreciate all of the help and information that you provided. I think this will fix all of the problems that I'm aware of. Of course, I haven't yet even tried to stack it since the most I've ever loaded was three tiers and it became stuck.
No operators manual, but they are working on it and did give a service manual so that may help some. Thanks again.
